Jump Desktop Connect Windows 10

I ran this program with Hands Off filtering network traffic. There was never an attempt to contact any Google server, though it did contact Amazon's S3 network when I asked it to check for updates.I'm usually a cheapskate, and I've been very happy with Screen Sharing - the built-in remote desktop software from Apple. However, I got this with a bundle, and I have to say, 'Wow!'Jump Desktop is extremely fast. I have been using it to connect to other Macs of varying OS levels on my home network and it's considerably faster than making the same connections using Screen Sharing. Screen updates, cursor movement, transparent clipboard transfer, all works very nicely indeed. My network is Yosemite and Lion, for the most part, and I haven't had any issues at all. Even my old Tiger machine is able to participate. I'm not sure if I would pay full price for this, but if you can get it at a discount and you need remote screen sharing (at least on a local network) you owe it to yourself to try out Jump Desktop.

I've been using Parallells Access to remote into my Mac from my iPad for several years now & have been quite happy with it. After reading a post in the forums yesterday, I decided to give Team Viewer a try, as it was free & it gets pretty good reviews. While it didn't work out for me (for some reason, it seems to keep logging out of my Mac, so I can't remotely log in), it did have a nice feature of being able to us it in a split window on the iPad. Parallells doesn't allow this, but it's super convenient. I've been reading the other threads on Remote Desktop apps & Jump Desktop gets some great reviews. I'm wondering if it also allows you to use it on your iPad with a split desktop (multiple windows). I didn't see anything on their website that said it did or didn't work that way & it's kind of pricey to buy just to find out, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Edit: By Split windows, I mean can you open Jump Desktop, then open Safari or Word or whatever, and have Jump desktop showing on one half of your screen, while Safari/Word/etc shows on the other half?
